Assists the Board of Directors in ensuring the integrity of the Company’s financial statements, reporting processes, and system of internal controls and that the Company complies with legal and regulatory requirements, among other duties.

Assists the Board of Directors in ensuring the Board and its committees are appropriately constituted, identifying qualified candidates for additions to the Board, and monitoring the effectiveness of the corporate governance guidelines, among other duties.
- Compensation Committee

Assists the Board of Directors in determining the compensation of directors, executive officers, administering incentive and equity-based compensation plans for company management, among other duties.
